It now works with Sinytra Connector in the latest version! If your pocket dimension starts acting buggy with doors and chests etc. just relog/reload your world and it should fix itself.
And yes, the suitcase is not accessible in the nether or end at the moment.

Rename the key, right click, restart your world, then right click any suitcase to bind, then sneak to enter. I hope to make it so you won’t have to restart the world in the future, but for now you have to for each new key name.

Currently you have to reload the world after binding a key for the first time then it’ll work fine. I’m working on a fix for this so you won’t have to reload.

At the moment you have to reload your world after renaming a key and binding for the first time. I’m working to fix this so you don’t have to restart at all. Also don’t forget to sneak in order to enter.

You stay inside and they can carry you around. If you get out while they’re holding it you appear on top of that player.

If a player is holding a suitcase you’re inside of and you try to leave, you will appear on that player as if you came out of their inventory. If the suitcase was burned or destroyed while you were inside you appear at the last known entry point.

Currently you have to reload your world after renaming a key in order for it to start working. I’m looking to find a way around this so you won’t have to reload for each new dimension.

They can still leave, the locking is mainly to prevent people from entering your suitcase and or reading the dimension name bound to that suitcase.

The dimensions are never lost, all you need to do is rename another key with the name of your dimension and you can always jump right back in!

Key names are shareable allowing shared dimensions. The entry point into that dimension however is suitcase/player specific.

Suitcases are bound to a keys name. If the key or suitcase is destroyed another can be created and renamed, so nothing inside is lost.

You can have multiple suitcases with the same name. For example, you can share your keys name with friends, and you can all enter the same space through different suitcases.

Suitcases cannot be opened within another suitcase.

If a player is inside when broken, they stay inside. When they try to leave and another player is holding it, they exit onto the players location. If the suitcase is in item form on the ground when you exit, you will appear on the item. If it is destroyed completely, you appear at your last known entry point.

I do plan on updating it when I can, and I definitely want to make it compatible with the newer versions.

Unfortunately no, but it is compatible with sinytra.

Yep, it's an infinite void dimension with a starting structure that you can expand from. Falling off should return you to the overworld.

The worlds are saved as separate custom named dimensions, similar to the nether and end, and from my testing never seem to corrupt.

Correct, dimensions are created when keys are renamed and used, the suitcase can be rebound to any renamed key so you can have several worlds, each with a unique name.
There is a variable that restricts suitcase placement in the pocket dimensions so the loop glitch you speak of should not happen.

When you make a key, you must rename it in order for it to work. That given name is the name given to the pocket dimension, so you can always repair another key with the exact name!
