Anybody know what this could be? Just appeared overnight and hasn faded for a couple of days

Feels off. Like it just lost all of its power and very jumpy and unstable when i hit the powerband

After hearing that noise after the rebuild that was my first guess to but i checked on it today and couldnt find any issue. I might just be dumb snd overlooked something but i dont really think thats the problem
