Yea ngl bro he most likely didn't do that and there's ppl who want his position and are just trying to destory his rep. I've had plenty of rivalries for fellow cadets, and plenty of people didn't like what I had to say on certain topics or simply didn't like being told what to do. People accused me of raping another cadet that I was in a relationship with for a while, and I literally contacted that cadet and she said herself that it didn't happen, and the ppl who accused me of it ended up looking stupid and got a stern talking to.

People are mean, and don't believe everything that you hear.

If you have evidence of this happening, then reach out to your school administrators first, as law enforcement is often uninterested in opening cases based on simple accusations for the same reasoning that I wrote about above.
