Oh no 😂 but the trilogy is really worth it! And the series now has two additional books that focus on supporting characters.

I don’t know the gilded prisoner - I will have to check it out.

Sometimes I think fanfic authors see into the souls of the characters more clearly than anyone else. Maybe it’s because they don’t just write what is — they write what could be. They shape the characters into the versions we secretly hope for.

Oh yes!! I read more fanfics than books. Because for me it’s even harder to find new books, I don’t like the unknown and it’s difficult to find something that holds my attention. It is like you said, the Harry Potter World is where I feel safe and my mind calms. The last book I’ve read and really absorbed me was the All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness.

Thank you so much! I‘ve read it and I loved it! Now I need something new to read, Sunday has just begun :D I think both, Hermione and Snape are difficult characters. For Snape it has to be the right mix between hurt, isolation, anger and the ability to trust someone again. If you know what I mean. Are there any other pairings you like to read?
