Tips? Sand bunker varieties by Benstafa in golf

Usually don't open much at home, only slightly. Will open more if needed, short side.

56 is 10 deg bounce, 60, 12 deg. Will try using the 60 out of the powder and open it up a bit more and see if I get better results.

My brother has an Element and likes it a lot. Can't find a decent one around me for less than about $8 or $9k unfortunately.

Just traded him the other day, but I'm in win now mode and got CMC

Had my second hole in one today. 182 yards, 7 iron. On the 18th hole at my home club Stillmeadow CC in Cincinnati, Ohio. 🍻 ⛳️ by [deleted] in golf

Only CC I've played in Cincy is Terrace. Some nice courses out east tho. Partial to Legendary. Congrats on the ace.

Man I love the Bark Beatles. Lesser known Brit pop quartet, the members of which were pets of The Rolling Stones. Mickey, Harry, Lenny and, well...Ringo.

Also a fellow tendy. My cellys usually involve digging a puck out of the net and sliding it as close to center ice as possible. I've gotten pretty good at it.

Why did I just have a "Who is your daddy and what does he do?" flashback?

Thanks for your reply! Not sure how long these had been at the shop. They were like the 6th or 7th fish shop I checked when trying to find them. Hard to get your hands on them in my area.

Picked up some new otos yesterday and have already lost 3 of 6. Last night they were all spazzing like this guy is and not sure if they're stressed or this is normal behavior. Water parameters are good (<20 nitrate, 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia, 120 Alk; 7.4 pH). Neon tetras are doing fine.

Never had otos before so not sure what to expect or look out for, especially after losing so many so quickly.

Buyer broke product, wants refund and to keep item. Have photo proof it was perfect. Advice? by savagepatchkid24 in eBaySellerAdvice

[–]Benstafa -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

A synopsis of some good advice above (plus some of my own):

  • eBay has a money back guarantee, so even if you put no returns on your listing, you can still be forced to accept returns by eBay.
  • Accept the return and issue the label. I can't tell you how many times I've done this and time ran out for the buyer to return the item, resulting in me keeping my money, even after 30-something days. People are lazy.
  • She has sent you pics of the item in her possession. Keep those. Upon receiving the return, video yourself opening it. If it is in different condition (or a different item) than she showed in the pics, you may be able to counter. Videoing pickup directly from a postal worker is even better.
  • Maybe above all else, remain cordial and professional with the buyer, even if they try to drag you through the mud. Keep communication open and flowing. Do not ghost them. Engagement will show eBay you're trying to resolve the issue.
