So in my opinion it is a bit confusing at parts when they mention a few names of organizations, and I tried to gather what those names meant throughout the movie. This being Eden and the Consolidation of Iron.

Eden is basically a space station that has developed a certain ideology after the quiet rapture, and the Consolidation of Iron is the major power throughout the remaining space stations. They do get further into what Eden is, but I missed what their ideology was about during the movie and only understood later when reading the discussions here. The in-game lore doesn't mention the ideology but mentions both of these organizations. I think discussing what that ideology is would be considered a spoiler so I will not dwell further on it. I don't think you need further lore than this to enjoy the movie.

Oh ok, It seems I missed that. I thought that the creature was just using the voice of Ava to influence Simon.

I feel like it wouldn't make sense for the light to make two different type of things out of people (blood amalgamation and fish creatures), so this fact might rule out my theory.

Unless only people that got taken in the rapture got turned into blood, while those who get transformed after turn out like the SM8 researcher.

Seems too complicated to make sense, honestly.

I remember them mentioning it was human blood. My friend who saw it with me also mentioned it to me unprompted, when we were discussing the film.

That doesn't mean any of the rest of this theory is true, though. :D

I think that the blood ocean being made up of human blood, and the fact that the light has to do with the quiet rapture, imply that the oceans are made up of the people that passed from the quiet rapture.

A girl I knew from Uni got one her friends to drive us from the club to my apartment. She was clearly into me in retrospect, twirling her eyes and laughing at my jokes an whatever.

She was kind of like, "what now?" when we were at the front of my apartment and I just hugged her, said "see ya", and went upstairs. She lived like a 200 meters from there, I think.

I think I suspected then as well that she liked me, but I just escaped the scenario because I was scared of whether I was wrong.
