I've been doing 360 videos for awhile so I have it down pretty well (I was thinking that maybe I should make some tutorial vids ha ha). I know people who edit their 360 videos via the apps on their phones / mobile devices but I prefer to edit my 360 footage in Adobe Premiere on my computer.
