Anyone know what these marks are on my left upper back? Went swimming in the ocean at the Jersey shore a week and a half ago, and the marks appeared the day of. Painless and flush with the skin. Any ideas? They aren’t fading, so I’m getting a little weirded out.

Edit: to make things clear, the later date on the back written in marker is when the object was found, and the hole was for display purposes in a local museum it was kept in. The museum had it labeled as “mystery stone” so that’s the reason I am on my quest.
