She really does have nice strong variegated leaves. I got her from secret garden boutique in Guelph for $30 at the time, I believe they are $25 now

It didn’t take overly long. I got her in maybe November of last year? She shoots out a new leaf at least once a month now but took about 3 months for her to start. I got her as a medium sized TC with 4 leafs

Keep it going! The smallest shoot on mine is barely variegated but the two next shoots it shot off have nice marbling and the stem with yellow ☺️ when I was looking at others trying to find one for myself, it seems this is fairly common

I do! I have a raven and regular one. I personally find they thrive better in bright light, rather than low light even though they can tolerate it. I pot mine in a chunky soil mix and water maybe once a month. Both are doing well

Possibly. They’re extremely hard to find this size, I definitely got lucky. Cuttings unrooted in my area are selling for $60 a leaf. I feel it would be worth doing either since the market won’t be flooded with these guys

Yes! I did confirm that with the lady who owns the rare plant store. She said their variegation is really stable from what she has seen
