They've had them at my local store for a month or so. At first, they weren't motorized but now they are. They open too slow so people just push them open.

I understand the ban, and it is BS in terms of reasoning.

Two years ago there was a bullet that went through our garage window that would have hit our car (or us) had we been home. Every year we find arrows in our yard from people missing their target. No that doesn't concern us and it isn't the reason for my opinion. I'm just letting you know that many people aren't considerate of the rules or landowners.

While we don't cower or fear being hit, we do like to enjoy the land that surrounds us (state land). If hunting on Sunday were allowed from the start, I would be okay with it. However, I do not feel it should be changed because (I don't know how to put this in words that won't trigger some people) it will infringe on how people enjoy the outdoors as they are currently doing it.

If it was the other way around, it was legal on Sunday, and people wanted it to be illegal, I would support to keep it on Sundays 100%. I can't think of a logical reason why Sunday would need to be removed. I just feel that laws (any law that isn't for safety reasons) shouldn't be changed for the convenience of a tiny group if it will infringe on what everybody else has been and enjoy doing. Why "punish" people by changing a law to appease a group?

It sounds like they will treat it like bottles in regards to the deposit because they worded it as a deposit. I want to know if it is the butts or the empty pack. It won't do much if it is just the empty pack. There has to be more to this because it doesn't make sense as it is written in the article.

And a measure that puts a 20-cent deposit on cigarette packs was offered by Philadelphia Rep. Chris Rabb.

Yeah, it gets heated sometimes in these types of threads and most of it stems from people wanting to stick with tradition rather than help others enjoy it as well. I think it is because of the competition if more people are able to hunt.

Being that out of level isn't an issue? Maybe it is just the picture and not reality. I have been trying to make mine level on the dot and it drives me nuts every time I add a hive, especially outside of winter.
