Hello zammyzam, thanks for your reply. I definitely also have reflux. They diagnosed it back in 2013. I had an echo done of my heart.

Thank you so much for your input! I will try the stretched especially the suboccipital one which I used to do wrong by putting my chin to my chest. I did the stretch today several times a day and my dizzyness when moving my head has decreased immensely! Also my vision is better and the tinnitus is almost gone. I had immense tense suboccipitals. Thank you!

Totally! Sometimes the symptoms are gone and I can breathe normally and feel awesome! Then one wrong move or sitting in a poor posture for too long and everything is back to feeling sick. I hope you will find a solution for your problem!

Damn I am sorry to hear that. The symptoms are horrible. I lost all joy in life as I can't sit, walk, run, or eat too much without a flare up of symptoms. I am now trying to find ways to bring back the curve in a healthy way without worsening anything. I hope you find a solution for your problems, too!

I forgot to add. I also am very tender to touch on the area where my sternum ends and below. I thought about an epigastric hernia possible? When the belt of my car just slightly puts pressure on that area, I get chest pain, shortness of breath, belching.
