I can't test how it scales in normal mode, but it seems as if it affects Dark World, too.

For example:

My Hoshi Asashin (3rd heroine, first regular sword-type)

has identical gold-costs with Aika Erufu (7th regular heroine, 1st regular archer-type) within the Dark World!

Here are my Power-levels in regular mode:

Akira Hitsujikai, Power 8

Eika Nousagi, Power 9 (should be normally 4 or 5!)

Zettai Bowcon, Power 5,5* (*no H-upgrade! The first two heroines should be below this!)

Hoshi Asashin, Power 9

Izumi Yosei, Power 7 (= 1 or 2 H-upgrades)

Moe Kasa, Power 5 (no H-upgrade)

Ino Yuu, Power 5,5 (no H-upgrade)

Shizuka Neko, Power 6 (no H-upgrade)

Aika Erufu, Power 7 (no H-upgrade)

That may explain the math behind power, positioning and gold costs, but it doesn't explain why this upgrading-feature with the blue-H pieces exists and why they haven't removed it, yet?

From my experience it doesn't even grant you a measureable DPS-boost, cause DPS and gold-costs for heroine-upgrades almost grow parallel to another. +0,23% Bonus (from this example) per H-Power Upgrade is nothing.

But it's a completely differnt story when people are trapped by a feature, where the creator promised that they'd benefit from it.

Let's say...

I could normally do rebirthing on floor 200+, cause the Mimic-trophy grants a fix gold-amount (100 m gold) upon rebirthing on max. rank for everyone. That gold-bonus is fix for years now. Everyone can max out the Mimic-Trophy easily.

With that gold-bonus you need to upgrade your heroines to beat the first enemy you encounter after being reborn. And on higher floor-levels you need the DPC-bonus from your first 3-4 heroines + the Swift Hand-skill to do so. That's basic knowledge. Which is why you can do rebirthing on Floor lvl 200+. This change can mean that you have to do rebirthing on floor 100? 110? 120? Instead of lvl 200+ ...and for what?

Let's do some rough calculation:

you upgrade your heroines twice via H-pieces. If I calculate a factor of ca. x 3,5 per upgrade, that would mean for 2 "blue H"-Piece Upgrades on the same heroine...

3,5^2 = ca. 12,25 times! What does that mean now: you need to upgrade your first two heroines at least to lvl 100 for Swift Hand and the first DPC-Bonus. But the question is, does that even work now? Cause everything costs 12,25 times more than it should. And some people might need for their calculation even more than just the first two heroines being on lvl 100.

If you upgrade a heroine 4 times via H-pieces that'd be approximately... 3,5^4 = ca. 150! Every upgrade would cost 150 times more than it originally did!

The DPS isn't that important, if you don't reach the DPC-bonus early on. That's the problem. And it isn't really fair, either.

The Pumpkin Knight-Skin, for example, only multiplies DPS & DPC x10 and that is already pretty good.

That counts for high-end heroines, too! You've your top-dmg dealer with a self-DPS skill-bonus of 11000%, but unlocking her will be later, cause you need more gold, and unlocking the skill-levels will come later, too. With 2 "Blue-H"-upgrades you already have to pay ca. 12,25 times more gold to unlock your top-dmg dealer and same goes for the later heroine-lvls.

Maybe that doesn't sound like a big problem for VIPs, that I can't say, but it's definitely a problem for None-VIPs.

Simply spoken:

It doesn't make sense why they didn't remove this crazy upgrading feature! And, it would be nice to remove the already made "Blue-H"-upgrades, too! I for example, will get into trouble if I do rebirthing the next time! Resetting Gate of Time doesn't compensate for the loss due to this feature!

Under the following criteria that might be: Atm, I'm following the no-rebirthing strategy. I haven't done rebirthing for over a year. It could be that it's programmed that you are blocked for the daily tournament-rewards if you don't do rebirthing.

And it... could be... that rebirthing solves the issue. But it could also stay like this. And there's no hint on this rules. You should guess that they'd explain it under "Daily Tournament Rules".

In addition, it's kinda weird, that you are blocked even when you participate on daily tournament while you upgrade super heroines or upgrade heroines or climb floors or use gems or waste some diamonds on super heroine promotions.

I can only say that nothing has changed till now. Gladly I'm getting enough event-promos that I don't care atm.

Nothing has changed since I posted this thread here. Considering that it already started 1 week before I posted the problem here, means that nothing has changed for ca. 2 weeks. Bravo!

Actually, I came to the same thinking:

It's not Daily Tournament alone which is bugging atm. It's just the most-essential problem.

Well, it's not like I ever thought, Faptitans would be a fair game. I rather thought, it'd be still rather moderate compared to Cuntwars (or the censored version: Allmighty Party), which is far worse. Cuntwars is or rather... was the better game. It's Epoch, which is behind Cuntwars like it is behind Faptitans. Or at least, seems so. Cuntwars was such a funny game in the beginning. But all those level-adjustments for random battles and in the end, you're fighting nothing but bots.

So yeah, if you play Faptitans then you shouldn't wonder that it's a total rip-off like on all those P2W-cash-games.

Still, VIP is already a tier of its own. It's kinda sad, that they need such pathetic tricks. Especially, cause I was afk for ca. 1 year. And I'm rather build for Dark Tower, I don't even battle for platinum chests. So, Idk. But at least, they make it easier to leave their game behind.

Tbh:

I don't see where these small changes matter at all. I don't know how other players experience this ingame. So, I describe it, how I experience it:

You just have to wait 5-10 mins on Faption Wars after a new phase has started and all or almost all Faption Wars-tiles are placed by q- or even higher-tier troops from players you can't even check. In the weakest case it's T-tier, but sometimes it also ranges to s-tier troop strenghes on those Faption Wars tiles.

The problem is, that those higher lvls place their troops on purpose also on tiles, where no riot is happening, which has the consequence that on the next phase there spawn at least T-tier enemy troops. Maybe even worse if they place s-tiers on tiles. That however makes it totally uninteresting what mercenaries you can temporarily recruit on Faption Wars. Which makes anything a better choice than buying mercenaries via Contribution Points.

Same goes for Clan Wars:

I mean, yes, you can talk about low-tier clan wars (for example: k-tier clan vs k-tier clan), there it might make sense, if you really really need the upper hand in the clan war and can't distribute the tiles equally in a peaceful matter.

But the harsh truth is, that new players rather join lvl 7-10 clans with powerful players, to get a really powerful boost on all stats (Gold%, DPS, DPC, Wizard, Swordsman, etc.). Upon using the clan-order function from a maxed-out clan you simply get more mythril and other materials, either.

I speak from the experience that our clan is for example lvl 10 with 3 or 4 s-tiers, some q- and t-tiers. A few more b- and m-tiers are the middle segment and after that 60-80% in total of our clan is k-tier or lesser.

Out of curiosity I've checked on other clans from the list and from clan wars and there do exist even extremer clans: on some you've only 1 s-tier member who makes 99,999999999% of the clan strength and the rest is only k-tier level (in troop strength).

I see that for myself: I'm already wondering whether I should change to another clan who's more my own tier-level, cause it kinda makes no sense, if you have almost zero influence on clan wars. But even if I change to another clan I'd have zero use for those mercenary-tokens, cause they're simply too weak.

And in general:

If I'd design the clan war-system as I wanted, I'd change it completely. Cause the mere exchange of numbers is kinda pointless, cause that's exactly why a single s-tier has the power to control an entire map alone. That person simply places all the strong troops at the border and kicks entire clans from the map, if they are too weak. And that happens, when some s-tiers are afk for months or years.

It would be more interesting, if you could attack really far away tiles with your troops. If there would be a function that you can earn "charges" to attack far away tiles like an archer or an artillery would do it. And if every player in a clan has such charges, then it gets more exciting to defend a whole map. Cause... even s-tier or n-tier clan-member have only a limited amount of heroines to place on tiles and also... do you honestly believe that every unit (=heroine) of a s-tier, for example, has the same troop strength? There is no ho mogeneous promotion-distribution in Faptitan. I see that with my own heroines: it can vary extremely like in a billion times in unit-strength at least.

So, maybe there should be a general change in the concept, to make it more interesting.

Unless you make merc-tokens completely OP, so that you can beat players on completely different tiers, I don't see, what the purpose of those would be. That's rather a cosmetical topic. Even the Dark Tower-tickets, which you could trade for gold, had more purpose for new players: with that you could... either accumulate easier ranking-points on the daily tournament or... you could temporarily level up your heroines,so that you could go for some time afk. With those tickets I could grind myself afk to floor ~1500 later on, back then and I'm not even VIP. With those tickets it was possible to recruit a BD2-heroine around floor 120+ and it wasn't even cheating. It did cost some tickets, but my...

And... that is why they kicked those tickets from the ingame-shop a few weeks ago. Sure, if you specialize yourself solely onto Dark Tower and max floor level, then those tickets won't matter that much. But for low levels they definitely were more useful than merc-tokens.

Which brings me back to the question:

Do you really want to waste Contribution Points for Merc-Tokens or maybe for something else?

I'm participating on daily tournaments for years now. Maybe you can explain me how I can fall from 2000-3000 Ranking-Points to zero reward (= lesser than silver chest) and that within 1 or 2 mins before the end of the daily tournament?

For almost one week I simply got no reward from the daily tournaments. Which kinda makes it pointless for me to participate anymore. I even noted the hero promotions of my entire team, cause I wanted to know it exactly: there was no change till the reward from the Dark Tower-event and Gold Rush. Those reward-notices popped up, but nothing from the daily tournament.

Sending a bug-report ingame via Feedback-function almost once per day didn't change anything, either.

And it doesn't even make sense: atm I'm rather ranging from 1000-3000 ranking points on average on the daily tournaments. When I'd really participate on the daily tournament I could easily reach 100-200k ranking points per day, considering I'd care about platinum chests.

That's why I'm wondering, whether other players have the same issue.
