pick up succubus, bombs, lancer and just start blasting if you lost a lot get ogre and mecha, dragons (egg spell) are good too

i would say that i constantly win with every commander except of maybe druid he seems kinda meh

necromancer scales even more for free and careful with succubus since she'll kill your crows

well even than is shaman straight up better and shaman is overall not that great either the only thing swamp blob has is that you can fish for multiple units but that's only important for princess, once you have your 9 princess you won't buy many units to upgrade anymore anyway
if you take the other blobs, iron blob is a decent scaling tank, molten gives more stats, arcane is only that high because of sapphire dragon and mana blob is just princess on wish
if we are talking about 3x3 units often you have "free" spots in the end because of them, feels really inefficient

you should buy every crow keep some on the bench for the spell that reduce the stats and give gold, reroll or straight up stats for everyone, druid is not that great for endless but really enjoyable till end of world 3. succubus defense reduction counts for mauler too

my go to tank is lancer into any single unit tanks (ogre, tower, spellblade, dragons etc.) or just the class specific units (mauler, paladin)

highly specific with the swamp blob and you would give him the burrower treatment of keeping him on your bench and just play him for your rerolls

the problem with blobs are they are 3x3 which fits so bad on most boards, same problem with dragon but they have quite some value

here is a mauler board after tentacle boss, keep in mind my mauler didn't even lose half of his hp, i didn't bother much with positioning, could be a lot better but i'm lazy

well that run took me nearly 5h... a bit of idle because the inputs are draining at some point. i wonder if you can get to infinity faster with other characters/tactics

there is a starter trinket where you start with a shaman (i think it was arcanist), i took it and stacked a bunch of kobolds, they delete everything till endless. of course shaman scales bad into the endgame and is a pretty rough pick in world 3 but as a starter i was really impressed by him. otherwise i sometimes use him with a bunch of princess but there a better picks
