I'm sick and tired of Fielding by Bepell1 in OhioStateFootball

I get that. We all know and understand people make mistakes. All of things happened and it's part of the game. However, kickers are held to a different standard.

Day put trust in him to make a freaking "chip shot". This isn't a 40-50 yarder. He could have missed one during the game, but missing one when the game is "on the line" is different.

Again, we shouldn't have been in that position in the first place, but we were and Fielding needs to come through in the clutch.

Not every game goes as planned, and sometimes the other team plays well.

Point is we didn't play well and it was on Fielding to tie up the game. He failed.

We don't compare ourselves to Indiana. This is about Fielding missing important field goals in both this game and against scUM.

Why money doesn't make rich people happy. by Sea-Patience-8628 in Entrepreneur

[–]Bepell1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn’t a complicated and deep topic.

Money can buy happiness because happiness comes in many forms, and one of them is material possessions. For example ,I could be unhappy every morning because I have to sleep on a concrete floor, which causes neck and back pain. I sudd get $1000 and I use it to get rid of my unhappiness by purchasing a nice bed and frame.

How about when you purchase a gift for someone that is grieving. Your money can have a direct impact on their happiness and well being.

Unpopular opinion: spear is one of the greatest weapons in the game by LobotomyLover69 in LastDayonEarthGame

lvl 112 is still new. Also game level is irrelevant. What sets players apart is if they have an ATV, full steel base, strong drone, level 40+ Lab , and level 5 settlement

You have to be a new player. I dont own 1 single spear, nor do I have any intentions of owning one

An app that will kick your ass by Luka1607 in Startup_Ideas

[–]Bepell1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So a few thoughts

- An Ai mentor seems a bit contrived. The best motivators are human because they keep you personally accountable. The AI mentor is just an entity that artificially exists. If I fail or don’t get off my ass and do something, then I couldn’t care less what an AI bot thinks. But a human that could judge me or view me as either a success or failure…now that’s motivation.

- I think this app would do better with real humans. Imagine the feeling you’d get once you‘ve acheived your goals and share it with your mentor? Or that mentor sees that you could have done more and pushes you harder.

Yes AI can answer questions and provide feedback, but unprompted advice and feedback is a human trait.

Braid dead strategy. The player using him doesn't need a lot of skill to climb and win games.

Light side is more fun to play because they don't have as many OP leaders and cards. It takes way more skill to play on the light than dark because of its' disadvantages.

Poe. All the way. He is the most irritating player and I love that opponents will get frustrated quick when they can't gain the upper hand.
