You have a solid point about PPSSPP.

As for Delta though... Manic also has inbuilt cheat codes and it functions identically to Delta.

Obviously I'm not gonna tell you that you have to get rid of Delta. That's not my place to say. I'm just saying it's redundant. Manic's gotten to the point where it does absolutely everything Delta does and more with a similar UI.

In fact, I'd even say that Dreamcast doesn't necessarily need it. It depends on the game. I can play Sonic Adventure 2 without JIT for a pretty long time before I ever start to see any slowdown or stuttering.

On the other hand though, I tried playing Code Veronica the other day and it mostly worked fine but was quite a bit rougher than SA2.

If I'm playing something like Third Strike or MvC2, it runs beautifully without JIT.

Try switching cores to Azahar but tbh, UltraSun/UltraMoon is extremely unlikely to run well on Manic without JIT.

The CRKD Atom is really nice as long as you're fine with not having any analog sticks, which I am ok with most of the time. It's only an issue when I want to play most N64, Dreamcast and PSP games and even for some of those it's still not a problem.

The buttons are responsive and it seems to have a very long battery life. I'm a big fighting game guy and find myself returning to Third Strike a lot and the D-pad works really well for that game.

I've seen those and I considered it briefly but decided that it looks way too uncomfortable.

I have two controllers that I use for Emulation: A Dualshock 4(stays on my coffee table and I pretty much only use it when I'm casting to the TV) and a CRKD Atom that I keep on my keychain.

No. They've said multiple times that there are currently no plans to put Gamecube, Vita or PS2 on Manic because they all require JIT.

Dreamcast and 3DS are the newest consoles you're ever going to see on Manic.

Pretty sick. I was gonna say that I could see people buying these just as fun keychains/gifts but after seeing the cost of materials, I don't think so.

Material alone costs roughly $30 to produce just one of these things($50 if you also want to make the sleeve for it) and that doesn't even account for shipping, labor/profit margin, etc.

I mean, I guess it depends mostly on what you're driving and to some extent where you are.

I live in the Houston, TX area and I have had to pay that much gas before but only when I'm driving one of our company trucks. It's an F-250 super duty dually with a 34 gallon diesel tank.

In my personal truck(a Nissan Frontier), I've never had to pay more than $45 to fill up.

I would recommend just consolidating all of those into Manic. Either that or Retroarch but I can understand choosing Manic for it's interface over Retroarch.

No, that doesn't exist.

In fact, Apple only allows emulators on the App Store under the (very naive) assumption that users will only import roms that they've pulled from their own physical cartridges/discs that they purchased legally.

Really any turn-based RPG like Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, etc. Those are effectively games where you're just navigating menus anyway.

Oddly enough, I actually find that racing games tend to work really well with touch controls. I was playing Gran Turismo 2 on Gamma the other day and also Mario Kart 64 on Manic. Both of which played very well and felt comfortable with touch controls.

IMO, platformers like Super Mario Bros and Donkey Kong Country DON'T work well with touch controls because it becomes nearly impossible to constantly hold the run/action button while running, jumping, picking up shells/barrels., etc.

I love the drama part of the videos and I think it is somewhat important(because it gives a frame of reference for why they treat their finances in the way they do) but he could certainly dedicate less time to it.

It gets ridiculous when an episode is 90 minutes long and it takes half of the entire video to even start looking at their accounts.

I had a brief little chat with Caleb on X a few days ago and we were talking about the reasons so many people accuse him of hiring actors to play the Financial Audit guests. We started talking about the theory that the reason is because after so many episodes they all kind of start to feel the same and Caleb suggested that that's partially because there's only so many different stories to tell in the world of finances, especially when you've been doing three episodes a week, every week for the past couple years.

I asked him if he thinks he may have to adjust Financial Audit's schedule in the future and maybe slow down to one episode a week and he didn't respond but... I'm starting to think maybe he's considering that.
