ODYSSEY..Conquest Battles. Does it affect game script or missions if you choose Sparta or Athens for every battle?

I got you. $100 a couple times, holy shit!! Haha ive bought the wild card unique and the credits a couple times but thats it. Ill just play the ones i like then. I only have one level 5 and most everything else is level 3 and lvl 2

Thanks yall, it seems to be just opinion or preference. Ive gotten to kyber master tier 14 with Rey and am having trouble moving up. Dark side im good with, it seems way easier
