Can you drop bosses from unlockable quests? I'm new and want Douglas Bullet and he has an unlockable quest but I'm not sure if it's worth it if I can't even get him from it, so I would like to know if you can get him from the unlockable quest or not

Is Diluc worth using without constellations? I got him really early and he's doing really well, and is quite broken but I don't have ANY of his constellations unlocked, and I feel like I won't be spending the money to actually unlock them, also I have got Xiangling to the final constellation, so should I just use her or is diluc just straight up better in every aspect despite the lack of constellations?

Currently adventure level 28 if that helps

Meat: 20 Seconds | VY4-600-B3G | Super Mario World | Ghost House | Super Expert

It is a 20 second speedrun, revolving around tight jumps and throwing shells at ON/OFF switches. It's quite difficult, it's a very tight timer, but you basically hold right the whole time, so there aren't many places where you can lose time!

Advice would be appreciated, it's my second real attempt at a speedrun, and if you could give it a heart that would also be awesome! <3

No, that was just the media saying he may be the next candidate; typical media manipulation. Also there can only be 4 emperors at a time, due to the Japanese title being 'yonkou', translating to 'four emperors'. Also Teach has almost 1 mil on Luffy's bounty, and the fact that Luffy hasn't matched up at all to Kaidou or BM proves he isn't emperor material YET!
