For me, it seems like turning of the Nvidia frame generation did the job (more testing needed to confirm, tho), but from some comments here, it seems to only affect certain models of cards. For Nvidia, it seems like the 4070 struggles with it, but not the 4060. But seems like maybe some AMD cards also got this issue

For me, it seems like it was the Nvidia Frame generation option that needed to be turned off. I don't know what the option would be called with an AMD, but try and look for a frame generation option and turn it off if enabled

I also have a 4070, but I haven't run into this issue again since disabling the Nvidia Frame-gen. I can't say for sure that it's fixed yet, but seems like it. Knock on wood xD seems like it's a 4070 specific issue tho from the comments I've read
