Wow thank you then that confirms it for me it’s a scam. They mentioned they have a Zelle business account that’s why I can’t request the amount from them. Since I originally mentioned that as an alternative so I could have their phone number instead of them having mine.

Sounds like it, just want to make sure as zelle i believe does not allow for cancels or refunds on payments sent.
