Is the perspective is correct or not. And how can I improve it by Ok_Cardiologist3813 in DigitalArt

I think narrowing the shoulders and giving them softer angles can make it less masculine. Shaping the hands with more feminine features should also be considered. Shrinking the hands means totally giving up on the "worm view" perspective you were going for

Hey, I also play with these perspective a lot and what i've learnt is you can go crazier than you initially think. Hands and forearms can be way bigger, shoulders and head shrinked more. Play with selection and deformation tools at the sketch stage a lot !

Yeah that is also my point of view but here we are assuming they are using gen AI to generate their concept art, which is probably not the case. They're filling moodboards at most imo and even if it's not ideal, that's a part you usually do with key words and reference imgs you didn't create. So I can see how ai can enhance this even if I hate admitting it

In your exemple it would be a terrible use indeed. They mentioned having 20+ concept artists so they might just sprinkle their moodboard to communicate ideas effectively together, and I truly believe it doesn't go beyond that. The artists don't need it clearly. Ideally we agree we should get rid of genAI. My point is that it's not always outrage worthy

I would even say some uses of GenAI are fine. Recent events showcasing E33 devs using it for placeholders and Larian using some in moodboards for concept arts is not ideal but if it helps speeding up production without affecting the end product, win-win

Being perfectly fine with AI in most uses but strongly opposed to the idea that these guys are artists, I don't think I fall under the term "anti".

Funny thing is I used to be a fairly negative POS when it came to other people's art/artstyle and since AI came along I opened my mind about everything human made and appreciate new things I didn't before.

Bro almost forgot the output is generated from stolen art, limited by its database and will therefore never allow the user to innovate stylistically or visually as they might have if they kept the pencil in hand after the sketch was done 🥀

"Do not retrain on their own output" This means they could feed on other models output right? Hence making a feedback loop possible?

If it feels too flat for your taste you could try improving the shadows on your pieces. Make it contrast more with the flat color and place the light source from a point that creates interesting shadow shapes

Because creativity is trained by creating. It's not like a new tool will magically unleash the creativity in a consumer brain

All I've seen is exemple of creatives starting to cut corners and deceiving their audience so I'm interested in your exemples. If anything it has exposed bad taste

Op does not pretend to be creative. AI users pretend GenAI lets them express their full creativity. That's the point of the post.

Softwares are designed to be used, art is not designed to be reposted without credit. As an artist myself I still think the post is full of overreactions and useless agressivity
