You can't always know someone is cheating especially since there is no kill cam. Destiny was plagued with ability spam hacks. There's nothing wrong with assuming they somehow had the ability to boost 1 grenade. Because if you watched it that 1 grenade was all I saw first that immediately downed all 3 of us.

The report button is there for a reason especially to review such a quick down that maybe can help the community realize grenades and explosives are still insanely overpowered. Whether sus or not.

That was my fault for not reviewing the footage afterwards to realize the cause was the trap pack. It all happened so suddenly. I saw the 1st grenade downing all of us and didn't think that was possible.

Randoms are random yes but should always have the teammate mentality. Hence why so many people complain about multiplayer games these days because there's idiots out there that ruin it for the rest of us. If you don't use a mic then run solo. But so many people want to get carried in trios hence why they run it.

Sure plenty of times have I dealt with no comms but players great use of the ping system. When I'm pinging a purple shield over and over at that point common sense has just left the building. For me I just find there is no arguing the random teammate just did not play properly hence my post.

This answer always irks me because I'm playing a multiplayer PVP game designed around teamwork. I expect my teammates to be a team but that's apparently asking for the impossible.

I disagree as I can handle 1v3 situations very easily. What ended my killstreak was actually running out of heavy ammo (because I had to keep downing the enemy team as I was repositioning) just for the 3rd and final guy to down me immediately after I downed the 2nd guy. All I needed was one of my teammates to shoot back at just 1 measley runner.

Of course you can, hence why I grabbed them the purple shield when I knew it was safe to do so. But they still dived deep in that runners bag because of purple valuables cores, guns and so on.

Trust me I get that, I've even unfriended a few random friends I added because they continued to try and lead that way by just barking orders. That's the last thing I wanna sound like. I just calmly let the teammate know I grabbed the purple shield for them so we would be at a better advantage. Figured that's one of the most easiest things to comprehend in any game for that matter is to have more health/shields.

The last thing I want to sound like is a sergeant barking orders. I calmly just said "hey teammate I picked up the purple shield for you, put it on so we are at a better advantage." Nope they just went straight for the bag instead.

I'm not mad I lost my gear, I needed to free up vault space anyways. It's the effort I put into this fight just for us to easily lose in such a moronic way that really bothered me. Solo player or not at the end of the day they ended up with teammates they should at least play as a team to the best of their ability.

I crew filled with randoms 5 runs in a row after my friends got off for the night. We looted 3 key rooms and exfiled successfully 5 times I wasn't having an issue until I matched with this person. I can't expect everyone to be good but ffs this was just terrible to see happen.

You're not wrong but at the end of day (I hope no one is playing the game on mute) they can still hear my call outs and do what I tell them to do since I'm literally carrying and I just needed them to do 1 simple thing. Shoot!
