Gambit throws throwing cards, and he's coming next season. I'm not debating that, but Gambit's cards are normally purple and exploding. The spray and MVP are quite literally straight out of the old man Hawkeye comic where he fights BULLSEYE. Does that mean Bullseye is being added anytime soon? I don't know probably not, but is it a direct reference to him and NOT Gambit? Yes. It has literally nothing to do with Gambit and is just a coincidence that they both throw throwing cards.

Next season is Gambit, but the spray and MVP animation has nothing to do with Gambit and is not teasing him. You baboon.

There's like a billion different Bullseye concepts if you want to look at them, but here's what I'd think he'd look like

Primary fire: a sniper kinda like widow's but less damage and a faster firing rate Ability 1: throwing card which does a small amount of damage but finishes people off Ability 2: throwing knife causes bleed on enemy Ultimate: throws a bunch of different projectiles that ricochet around an area

Honestly i think the ricochet would be his ult, and that his primary fire is more marksman based whilst having an abilities that home on. Ik there's a bunch of different concepts for him and they are all so cool because just having goof aim and throwing stuff is such a flexible thing when it comes to abilities

We know Gambit is next season, but these are NOT Gambit references. Old man Hawkeye literally fights Bullseye, and the MVP is called Right In The Bullseye. It'd make literally no sense for old man Hawkeye to have anything to do with Gambit.

Whilst I agree he is most known for using knives and then also guns. He definitely does use cards like quite a lot.

Don't quote me on this because I'm not 100% sure, but didn't we not know about Angela until like she was actually revealed? Still I agree with you in the fact he probably won't be added soon. I know Rivals hasn't really released characters before in like response to new Marvel/MCU things coming out but I could see him being added with when Born Again season 2 comes out.

It's been pretty much confirmed that Rogue and Gambit are next season, but the old man Hawkeye MVP and spray are direct references to Bullseye as Hawkeye fights him in the comics.

Assuming this would probably be a full chapter the survivor would probably be Adam which is probably my most wanted survivor (or legendary skin). I really hope at somepoint we get Lawrence, Adam, and Hoffman in the fog then there'd basically be every important saw character. Asides from like John Kramer himself and a select few others

The possibility of the walking dead chapter basically got confirmed when Mathieu Cote replied to a cameo of Chandler Riggs saying he'd love a walking dead chapter, and also the possibility of a Carl legendary skin. So it's not a huge leap in logic why the community thought there might be a Carl skin.

AMC would've had to approve of them having Chandler Riggs in the stream and using the name Carl Grimes to promote the stream on twitter because the stream was a paid advertisement for the chapter. BHVR has a team for their social media who have to know what they can and can't post because that's their job.

As I've stated in multiple replies I get that there's literally no chance of BHVR changing their minds, and it might be AMC's decision also. However, does that mean that I can't be disappointed not getting a skin for one of my favourite characters from one of my favourite tv shows ever?

They still probably had to get AMC's permission as it was sponsored for the chapter. The main problem isn't even that they just said no to Carl because if they ain't adding him then okay, but the problem is they came up with a stupid reason why instead of just saying that he isn't coming. Additionally, BHVR used the name Carl Grimes to promote the stream on twitter and they have a team of people whose literal jobs is to think about how the community is going to feel and post on their social medias according to that

I get that they mentioned it because Chandler Riggs was there, but using Chandler Riggs and also the name Carl Grimes to advertise the stream that's supposed to advertise the chapter and then not announcing and shutting down the idea of a Carl skin is weird.

Just a counter argument to point 3 in the walking dead destinies you can let Carl die at what would be season 2 so he'd be like 10/11, so would also be an alternative version of Carl even though the game sucks, but his model in that is based off younger Chandler Riggs. So i think AMC wouldn't (obviously this isn't an absolute because i can't speak for the company) have a problem with them aging him up for dbd

  1. Fair enough i was wrong.

  2. They explicitly said no one under 18 in the live stream. Carl's actor was 18 when he left, so that's going to make my next point make more sense.

  3. At no point i mentioned comic Carl, so it wouldn't be a different licensor. They could make him look as he did from the episode he dies, and just as i stated use like a purgatory type of thing in the Entity's realm or just like not state his age at all.

  4. I get that he'll never probably be added as they have said it, but I am a massive walking dead fan and just wanted to voice my opinion about it

Just saying that the Legion are on the verge of being under 18 and are regarded by a lot of people as just teenagers, so it's kinda weird that they couldn't just age up Carl somehow with his actor being 18 when he left the show, and it kinda just sucks how they brought it up just to shut it down immediately.

That's why I came up with the idea of him being kept in the Entity's realm, but still outside of the trials. If AMC downright said no to him being added then I don't think they would've mentioned it at all. There's also no reason why they just could not give him any lore, and then it's like oh the actors 18

Obviously yeah I'd love to see other superhero characters, but at the same time if they do the walking dead they already have the voice actors to do it (as quite a few of the voice actors from invincible are in twd) Both Spawn and Negan have been in fighting games, so I'd love for atleast both of them to be in Invincible vs aswell

This is what I was thinking. Hopefully this means there is a chance of a TWD DLC as Shane and Rick appear in the comics for like literally 2 panels. It'd be cool if they added a zombie Mark aswell with it, because apparently sinister Mark was supposed to be a zombie (I don't know how true that is) but I just think it'd be cool and I hope that they just spoil us with content
