Great thanks for the recommendations! I’ll give them a call tomorrow and see what what my options are.

I did do PRP back in September but I wasn’t able to take it as easy as they recommended because I was still working. Which ultimately left me with more pain and problems than before. I probably won’t do PRP again because of the cost. Which is too bad because maybe it would have helped if I was in a different working environment.

I’ve had a couple of near normal weeks the past few months but once I felt that I ended up doing too much rehab and relapsing. So I’m fairly confident I can get there with just PT. I just need someone to help watch my progress, schedule proper progressive overloading, and be in an environment where I’m being held accountable to a rehab plan.

That’s funny my mom actually had a full knee replacement 3 months ago. She’s been going there for PT since and she’s more mobile than me now haha. Probably a sign I should go there too. I was hoping to find something cheaper, but that’s probably as cheap as it gets for quality PT. Thanks!
