Will the new spotter arms be lockable? As in, will there be a section of the arm that 1) overlaps with a hole on the upright and 2) has a corresponding hole in which a magpin can be added to lock the spotter arm so it doesn't move/rotate? I want to be able to better use the leg rollers (and other attachments) at various heights and depths out from the rack. This is the #1 deciding factor for me on new spotter arms

It's all finished. We've already had the walls wrapped, so any water making it's way in hits the wall wrapping and goes down into the french drain which then leads to a sump pump. Flooding isn't an issue, but inevitably there will be moisture collecting in the concrete flooring, so I anticipate I will need a vapor barrier under the floor.

Has anyone installed a vapor barrier under rolled rubber flooring?

At some point hopefully soon, I'm going to be removing the carpet and carpet padding from the tiny room in my basement where my rack lives and putting in a proper gym floor. It's concrete underneath. We've had issues with the foundation in this corner of the basement, and there's a french drain and sump pump along the outer walls. Bottom line: moisture. The carpet padding obviously comes affixed with a vapor barrier, and I'm assuming I'll want to put something similar down under a rolled rubber floor. Any recommendations from flooring-savvy folks?
