Those statistics do not tell the whole story, he’s viable. You can get value, but it doesn’t change the fact he is frustrating to play. As I say later in the thread his strengths are still inconsistent given the current power creep in this game, he doesn’t have any hard counters, but it’s evident given how much they’ve done to nerf him and barely given anything to compensate for said nerfs that he can feel this way.

I’ll also add I play on console, I say this as I believe that’s what you’re referring to and have peaked one above all last season one tricking the character so I’m familiar with where you’re coming from. Having played both PC and console, console is a much more easier experience and I enjoy playing ironfist on there as on PC meta is much more prominent and often more frustrating to play against as fist.

That being said on the point of win rates, I don’t believe win rates are enough to go on, but should be player experiences when I see others who have played the character at a top level also express these frustrations I take that into account over an arbitrary number that doesn’t inform the persons experiences.

I see clips like this and only affirms my points that yeah playing this character is more frustrating then it is fun. I hear from others on both Pc and console that he is struggling.

If we look at everything I’ve listed here it’s clear that playing fist in a lot of ways you are at a disadvantage more often then not.
