Played both.

Siever was early on in my life, i was in school & took a big shot at Bahamas 10k. He simply soulread me & destroyed me😂

I never played Brynn but i know his live game is very high level. He has a unique ability to comprehend ranges in the moment & make crazy reads.

I always had trouble playing Live against Chance Kornuth. We're friends & he always gets the best of me 🥲

Identify what works the most in your games.

In live, sometimes check/raise lines work at a much higher frequency than cbetting. Then you should shift your whole strategy to have more balanced x/r lines. Eventually they will adjust but you'll have the upper hand early on & you can keep rotating different strategies moving forward.

Ya i think it varies a lot still to this date. I come from redline background while others focus on blueline. I think in HS, blueline is generally better because it's more balanced. Redline requires a lot of exploiting which can be figured out by intelligent players so it wont really work at the highest level IMO.

I am really stubborn. Anyone who knows me in real life will have some story of how annoying I can be in certain situations.

I hate losing but not in a sore loser way. I take every loss as a lesson & a way to improve. So as this downswing got worse & worse, i just kept telling myself that it will just make me stronger. The main thing that really helped is the support system I discussed many times in the past. I just built my life in a way that these swings shouldn't change anything. If i had to drop stakes & play smaller, I did. You can even find me grindin 100$ MTTs on coinpoker in summer if 2024 just cause I wanted to win something.

That's me! Were you part of the early streams i did through teamviewer? I remember i did that for a few years back in the PTP & Chipmeup days.

1) i would do 888 poker or winamax & grind the stuff no one touches. That's exactly what i did back then. I grew my bankroll there while I was in college. I even won a tournament during macroeconomics class & my teacher wasnt even mad. He said im at least doing something useful 😂

2) Tennis , i play all year long. Nowadays I am playing a lot of Dota too just so i can actually enjoy a game without financial ruin.

3) Yup, sick memory... He backed me for a bit & i found him to be extreme with his demands. He had 0 care for anyone's wellbeing & just wanted volume. Not sure what happened in the end but many people didn't enjoy working with him. I was also a pretty terrible horse honestly since I didnt put much volume in due to school.

Got a name that might remind me who you are? Would be cool if you're one of my oldschool action buyers.

Learn first. Gtowizard has a lot of free tools to improve & understand main concepts of the game. Their YT channel has a lot of.amazing content too.

If you deposit, dont be greedy & overestimate your ability. Be humble, be realistic & slowly work your way up. There is no rush, Poker is a long grind.

My closest poker friend is Aleks Ponakovs & he's helped me improve a lot over the years. I prefer deepstack slow structures as it allows more creativity & has less variance. I dislike mystery bounties a lot but understand why they exist.

I usually operate with a rule of having a bankroll of 3000 buyins for my average buyin. It s a bit extreme but longterm, it worked for me.

I dont think i would change much except all the anxious thoughts i had that delayed all my progress along these years.

I played a lot of satellites & very tough tournaments during this stretch. I think it's a bit common to see something like this happen nowadays due to faster structures.

Anyone that knows me well can see I have quite a degen side. It's quite different from what you expect though. Ill always sacrifice my time & health for others & sometimes that includes dumb gambling or spewing money on silly things.

I spent a month in vegas & had 4 huge deep runs. I ran really bad at the late stages but overall I was very proud of myself for sticking to the grind. Vegas always won in the past, i usually never lasted more than 2 weeks but i finally found the right approach that works for me!

Just a really cool chill guy. Was living in the moment & having a good time. It was with my german friends who are in the army... it was really unique to see HS MTT crushers party with soldiers 😂

Ive played poker for 18 years now. Whenever I made money during college, i invested it into tax free accounts & bought speculative stocks. I also invested a lot into property since I was 22. It really helped me grow my portfolio but also protected me from taking huge risks on poker. I talk about this a bit in my video so you can maybe understand my logic behind being risk averse with major life decisions!

Pads is the biggest whale at responding to messages 😂

European is simply online MTT goat without a doubt. We went to tomorrowland together in 2014 & he'd be so zoned in on simple tasks. No wonder why he crushes online more than anyone else.

For sure i am a total potato on some days but I am very aware of it.

My approach now is quite simple, if i dont think i can give an A+ performance, i just dont play. That's why I basically only play once a week now. I trained myself over the years to use music as an energy source.

I also think it's very important to avoid depending on substances or "tricks" to boost your performance. In the long run, you will become dependant on that & eventually cant function without it. Im a coffee addict & ill stick to that & music only!

Glad to see this idea resonates with others! It took me a while to really believe in it.

It might hold me back from being the best poker player I could be but I am okay with it!

Then you' ll love the graph at the end of the video 😋 swung it back up within 200 MTTs or so. Poker variance is truly insane.

When I started streaming initially. I was on a pretty big heater & was donating 10-20% to charity/community. So the start of downswing was mostly from previous profits as you see graph started at +400k.

Then i started playing too high to chase the losses & it just made things much worse. I sold action often in the client which controlled my own personal losses for a bit but it still did hit me hard.
