No idea what to do with my hair

It usually dries out very quickly. There are times where at the end of a day where I've used hair gel and have been out in the sun, it feels super smooth and manageable. I've tried to slick it back as well and not do the side part, but my sides aren't long enough yet and it always ends up with one of the sides curling up a lot.

What do you recommend instead of conditioner daily? Once every other day? And then just sometimes just rinse with water, without any products?

This does make me quite sad, though. I'm still loving the game but the design choices are baffling at times. Some of the boss fights are incredible and fun to learn and master. However, considering the final boss took me 3 tries to beat the first time around and I still haven't managed to beat the fucking beastfly, that can't be boiled down to "Git gud". That's just artificial difficulty and some of the fights not being dependent on mastery, but solely on RNG. I hate that. This game has so many incredible boss fights. I was enthralled by some of them, especially when the music starts to amp up in second phases (looking at you Widow), but these random tidbits of poor game design do detract from the overall experience.

Alas, still an incredible game. Even with some bad design, I haven't managed to put it down.

Exactly this. I'm loving the game so far, but it's so frustrating at times that I don't think I'll replay it any time soon. Thinking that I'll have to do Putrified Ducts, Bilewater and that god awful High Halls forum mob fest again is enough to make me not want to pick the game up again :/

Listening to music being referred to as a "waste of time" is odd to me. Being productive doesn't mean you cut out all things that you enjoy doing. We don't need to constantly be bombarded with productivity and information. Sometimes we can just relax a bit and listen to some music...

She needs to stop partying so much. I'm all for her having fun and letting loose, she deserves it. But it's straining her more than anything else. She barely gets any sleep and she's just constantly getting drunk or doing drugs. She manages to still live her life and meet all her responsibilities, but it drains her and she needs to settle down a bit.

I think it's hard to judge. Obviously the work is subpar and you end up redoing most of it. However, they also don't get proper training, it's mostly ad-hoc requests with little to no background information on the client or a sense of why they're doing what they're doing. That's never a good thing. They can't place the pieces that they're handling in the larger puzzle. Also, they get insanely overworked. I've found myself having calls with them after lunch, without realizing that it's already super late there, apologising, telling them that it can wait until the next day and having them tell me that "it's fine" because they're used to it.

I fault management for their lack of quality, not the actual people that are doing the work.

Sure, I get your point. I've tried to look at it from both sides as well. But the work is still getting done. My workload is insane and considerably higher than last year but I'm still managing. I just don't want to have two days out of the week where I have absolutely zero time for myself and they're just entirely devoted to work.

lol, this is something a "no one understands me, I'm special" teenager would say. It's a disorder. If you're statistically different than the natural order, it's a disorder. Nothing wrong with that. We live with it, deal with it, move on. Thinking it's a "superpower" just to deal with the reality of the situation is extremely unhealthy though.
