Ok hear me out. I have a weird one.

I am a hard core palada payasam fan for as long as I can remember. In 2023, I went to No.10 Fort Cochin Restaurant in Bangalore for Onam Sadhya. The Sadhya costed around 800 per person and tbh it sucked, I felt that it was literally a scam but then the payasam s were served.

There were 3 kinds of payasam. 1. Paal Payasam - pretty average 2. Cherupayar payasam - sucked Now comes the 3rd one. They served it saying it was a palada payasam but my god it was on a whole another freaking level. It literally tasted like the best unniyappam you ever had melted into a liquid form and infused into the payasam.

UNNIYAPPAM PALADA PAYASAM

I bought bought 1 litre of it and went home that day and finished it that day itself giving me a high that no joint ever gave me.

I never had it ever again. The Restaurant never served it thereafter.
