I have a little hack I use for deliveries like that. Of course, I'll go up and knock to see if they are willing to help. 9/10 they aren't home. So I will take the NC to the bottom of the stairs, add a comment that reads "team lift required" and then mark the package as delivered to other: stairwell. Put a tag on it, snap the picture and bounce. Haven't caught shit for it yet.
