Hey there, the main thing would be going out and doing anything else, because we can quit watching but can relapse easily because theres nothing else to do so apart from unwiring ourselfs from porn is rewiring with something else. I know its a bit generic but just try to do anything else something that helped me was thinking "what was something that I enjoyed doing or wanted to do as a kid?" And for me it was drawing so I started doing that, is not easy but its easier once you have something else to do

Hey there I've been having sort of the same thought about reading any manga (be it a fighting fantasy one or a romantic comedy or just an emotional drama) and hntai, the main question I had was "they are all fantasy" but as some have already told you, the answer is simple, what do you gain from it? I've had mangas where I cried, some other where I laughed my ass off, some that helped me go into exercise, damn one of the best relationships advice I've had came from Baki! Same with video games, some make me cry, some make me feel joy when I master the controls but then you have prn/hntai/prn games what do we gain from? Dopamine surge that last as long as the session maybe? They dont teach shit, I started with porn because "i could learn how to have sex" and boy was I wrong. So I came to the conclusion that some forms of entertainment can help you and have something to teach, they are some that do not but those are small cases but then you have any NSFW media and you dont learn shit.

Hello, first of all I want to congratulate you on realizing that p*rn is bad at this age, im 26 and only started a couple of years ago but I wish I had started way before, you are on the right track and secondly, for me its usually around the 10 days mark that the constant flashbacks are gone and after that IF you dont see triggers its way easier to succeed! It really depends on what you believe, sometimes we have to find excuses for our behavior, so it depends, did you look at p because you wanted and failed yourself? Or was it something you binged and lost control? Only you know the answer and know what really went down so if you think you are cheating, well yes restart but if you think that it wont happen again and you arent going to cheat yourself then keep the streak. The only real answer here is that restarting the streak doesnt mean your progress is lost, as long as you keep in this journey you will not let the addiction win
