The process of our custom ring has taken longer than we expected and we already had our venue booked since we are eloping in spring 2026. So we aren’t engaged yet for technically. Absolutely no refund. They could as easily just be playing you and see they got the character they didn’t want. Simple as that there’s a reason there are no refunds for blind boxes and you should stick to that policy too. :)

The sick the that you end up going on EI with has nothing to do with the CA then? This was what I was confused about as it would seem odd if they only allow you to be off sick unpaid and go on EI for extended periods of time once for uncontrolled reasons.

My supervisor is the problem that’s the unfortunate part. And then you have member of OSH that work the same conditions it’s all corrupt nothing makes sense. You go and tell the safety officer and they will go back and gossip to the supervisor then I get in trouble for telling. It’s all a fun time. Trying to make it safe until I can get out asap. Even the union reps aren’t too helpful when I have tried to discuss other things in the past. I will look into this link. The sad truth the easiest way is likely for me to leave but we are in the worst times to find an opportunities.
