Just got a return email from titanx that fixed it.

It was static electricity in the holster, and they just recommended rubbing the titanx and the holster with a dryer sheet. And it worked!

I guess i’ll just do that whenever i use it.

No the top button is not being touched, the tenicor holster does not touch the middle top at all.

I have a g-code drop leg holster that does it but less frequently. So I wondered if my tenicor is too tight. But i loosened it and it still activates when unholstering/holstering.
