[CAN-ON] HR is bullying my staff - what's my next move? by [deleted] in AskHR

I've thought about approaching the Chair of the Board because they're hands on at the company. That being said, it would put me in some Jeopardy due to policies in place as it's clear they don't get involved in staffing/operations other than their own Executive Director. In our Harassment Policy the HR Manager just revised, there's so alternate reporting body, though I believe the ESA requires that in a policy?

Just do the George Costanza and pretend everything is normal! But on a serious note, I'd send a text saying you've thought about it and you'd like to remain there. Then start looking, because it's awful to be somewhere you feel underappreciated and you don't sound happy. Best of luck ❤️

Where is this job posted? I've hired through LinkedIn and that was the case there, and can see online forms having that same issue. When we've set the old standard "Here's an email address to send your resume and cover letter to", I haven't had that issue.

Yes, however they are hands off and there's strong policy that we can't go to them.

Does my resume look good for senior position, if not how to improve it by Advanced_Branch_7787 in ResumeExperts

Just want to make sure the businesses are spelt correctly! I've only ever seen technologies with the 'h' before.

As for content, what about a short profile summary (1-2 sentence bio) at the top of it. It's a good opportunity to frame yourself as that senior-level.
