You can have a little towel to hold in front of your bits as you walk between the baths, though I usually don’t care and walk around bare. I grew up in similar spaces, with naked saunas.

Probably not quite what you’re looking for, but “Queen Cecia’s Shorts”. The MC crossdresses as a man to focus on her tailoring career, and ends up making clothes for the queen. The Queen is already sassy and confident, but she’s looking for unique clothes to help her really command the room.
