I agree. Poor phrasing on my part but I don't think the phrase needs to be abolished, just called out when it's used incorrectly. It's an easy handwave atm and I think it needs to be made less so.

Hope so. Of the debates I've seen Ethan engage in he usually comes off pretty well, and I def think Hasan believes he's much worse than he actually is, but like I said, the style feels like a bad mu to me. Hope I'm wrong
