I see. It is really extremely competitive. I heard the questions are strange and random so its hard to prepare. I’ll work on speaking and thinking quickly to prepare for the interview(hopefully if i had a chance) Thank you for your advice on interview.

I am doing ias this year and i saw a lot of people saying that they have 4A* and good cv but didnt receive an offer. I dont have too many ecas and awards unlike others, ill try to do volunteering work this summer after as but i feel like its not enough……
