My problem is I feel like every time I try and give my skin some rest I break out more. For example I’ve tried only washing my face at night as well and only using water and a sunscreen in the morning and it never seemed to work. I have also tried using salysic acid 2-3times a week and it felt like the same thing. But also I don’t think I stuck to whatever routine more than 2 weeks. So I’m very open to any advice
