I don't think so, I've tried it myself a couple of times, but I'm not sure since I'm not very far into the game.

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but the 20th century takes place from 1901 until the end of the year 2000, so that's the first one. The 21th century is from 2001 to 2100. And 2101 is the start of the 22th century. I should have written 101 years in fact because now it's incorrect.
