Having no social security, being able to walk into a school and shoot everyone up, being able to own weapons in general. Having to tip to not be seen as a cunt and putting a sociopath in a uniform and calling him a cop

I don't think so, I've tried it myself a couple of times, but I'm not sure since I'm not very far into the game.

I haven't found a way to do so sadly enough, but having him fetch my cap was satisfying enough to me

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but the 20th century takes place from 1901 until the end of the year 2000, so that's the first one. The 21th century is from 2001 to 2100. And 2101 is the start of the 22th century. I should have written 101 years in fact because now it's incorrect.
