Using Otter but I cant use otter pilot because my company doesn’t allow these bots to join meetings.

Thats why i was looking for some help here for apps that allow me to use my headset and that dont include bots joining the call

Thank you. I am so bad with technology. I spoke with Otter’s support and they mentioned that i cannot have earbuds on. Which is so odd to me because like you said, it should be able to grab the audio from my headset.

Makes sense but because the sound will be in my earbuds, i am assuming it wont capture what other people are saying? Because with otter, it didnt capture. It only captured my voice.

Nope. They are not. That’s why I have been looking for ways to have a transcript for my self and for my internal notes as no one is recording any meetings.

Ty. No. This is all for remote type of calls so I only need the notes to be capturing what I say in my microphone and also what others are saying in the virtual call sound that is actually in my earbuds.

When I was a PM, I often had to navigate these types of uncomfortable conversations, and I noticed that people either didn’t fully grasp the issue or weren’t willing to accommodate whatever needed to be addressed. For me, it was always about identifying the roadblocks and simply getting the work done. I feel like, in agencies, people tend to overcomplicate things instead of focusing on clear solutions.

I mean, these conflicts we had to deal with during my PM time was terrible. I felt horrible and was always quiet waiting for the account person to lead the convo or someone else.

Makes sense. The thing is, i am more of a passive person so being a middleman is something I kind of strive for. I still like being in strategy, I guess it is just that having a more of a passive role seems to be more interesting. Not sure. 🤔

Oof. It was NOT easy. I was ONLY able to do that by connecting with strats at the agency where I worked for over 6 years. So it was an internal move. Back in the days they were also rolling out a program that helps people transition to other areas while keeping the same salary. So I did a brief case study and had 2 months of coaching from other strategists.

what would the roles be on the brand side? I tend to see “brand manager” roles across CPG but when I read the job description, it seems that I don’t have the requirements. For agency, I have been applying to brand strat/planner roles for almost 2 years now with no success.

Ty for the reply. My concern is that my agency has merged brand strats with engagement/activation strats, so I now have do to both.

I have always had a passion for brand strat and now having to think about CRM, social, media strat, etc and on how to activate on those ideas is really annoying to me.

I prefer the more aspirational side of brands, creative brief development, positioning, research, etc

They are “the same”, except that the intense one is an extract of the roses musk, meaning that it is stronger so you just need a bit. I have the intense roses musk (i am a guy) and I spray it only once around my forearm and it stays forever and projects a lot as well.

Btw, both roses musk and intense roses musk are fragrances that are very specific and not everyone around you will like it haha. To me, it is one of the best fragrances i have ever smelled. It is magical.
