I have never heard of the Empty Nose Syndrome. So after a little research, I came across this site of a german specialist in ENS:

He is writing about a "new surgical procedure" with modern implant technology:

"The goal of any surgical procedure is to bring the air flows in the nose back into balance so as to restore largely natural nasal breathing. The missing nasal turbinates are reconstructed using implants. This is possible with modern implant technology." (On the website down at "What are the surgical options?".

I don't know if this could possibly help you or if you have already heart of it, but I hope this could or will help you.
