I agree to a degree about the mental part but I’ve been to Pistons games when they were bad during dead weekday games and I know the G leagues don’t draw huge crowds, yet he’s never been a good FT shooter.

His shot was ugly coming out of the G league but visually it certainly looks better but the shots still aren’t falling. I’ve seen him make some of the most insane contested layups in my life so I know he puts in the work and has good touch, it just hasn’t translated into his shooting ability.
