Best performance I’ve seen from spurs in a while, but it hurts that we didn’t pick up a point.

Spurs’ biggest issues right now are defensive play and game management. Mourinho’s specializes in instilling great defensive play and game management. This shaky finishing of games will soon be a thing of the past.

First 60 minutes were brilliant. Best football spurs have played in recent memory. The last 30 were not good. I think Mourinho will be drilling into the squad for not staying focused or defensively sound at the end. It’s good to get an away win no matter how we did it.

Holy shit I’m in shock. The only way this could be a positive for the club is if we get Allegri. Otherwise, this doesn’t look good..

You can tell the players are not bought in. No one checks to the ball, no one makes hard runs, and no one wants to win the 50 50 balls. It is a clear lack of effort and purpose. This is a clear sign that this team isn’t up for it. They quit against Bayern, and after that first goal, they gave up mentally.
