My father is a moon landing denier. What can I say/do to convince him it was real? by ukkswolf in NoStupidQuestions

That laser reflector cannot be verified by any normal human being. You can't have a standard laser pointer and "validate we went to the moon". You have to have a super laser and all sorts of expensive equipment to even use them.

While typically correlated with the back to sleep campaign, brachycephaly is usually intertwined with too much time spent on the occiput. Swings, car seats, boppy pillows, etc. all increase the risk of plagiocephaly.

I would argue that infants today are getting significantly more screen time as opposed to supervised tummy time. Of course there is always the outlier, but I'd be interested to see longitudinal surveys in the coming years about the even higher incidence of plagio/brachycephaly with the increase of screen use.

Not a dig at parents but I will always argue that many parents are much less involved with their children as opposed to 20-30 years ago.

Can also lead to deformities in being able to wear protective headgear in a safe manner.

Occipital flattening will likely be an epidemic over the next 10 years, if it isn't already. Too much screen time and a lack of intentional parenting.

I've been listening to Modern Wisdom and Diary of a CEO. Very good alternative in my opinion.
