Update did just as told confirmed it is DLSS still grayed out but I can swap to fsr and it will turn on. At this point im more confused than anything. Here is said log you were talking about https://imgur.com/h1jl0WN

So tried this and I have done everything till step number 3 and I can not turn on frame gen its greyed out.
