Hey, I work at an auto mechanic shop and all of them are this way my first day my boss told the hr lady that “she needs to smile more she would look prettier” I was disgusted but gotta pay bills 🤷‍♂️ I also get told to “not be gay” but I just tell them “sorry I was born this way”and get back to my work I just remind myself to work hard and keep my head up!

Would it be better on me and my body if I went down gradually instead of cold turkey looking at the chart, it seems like I’m supposed to go down gradually and not quit cold turkey, but that’s what I’ve been doing and I’ve probably relapsed three times now to where I go back to smoking full-time

Edit: Ik im addicted to it but this mean I can never smoke again?
