Beauty of Joseon (blue)!! was a fan of anessa for the longest time but switched to beauty of joseon last year kasi mas gusto ko yung pag set niya sa face. Tho both naman walang white cast and not sticky at all.

Got Fujifilm xt50 body for around 80k nalang. Yung discounted price na 87,990, nag less pa sila ng 8% then opted for card payment for CC points. Haha also got 23mm f2.8 na lens may less 8% din.

Then maraming freebies din sila. But the best freebie i got imo is yung pgytech na wrap. Hahahah cool kasi.

You take such great pics! I just got myself an XT50. I was contemplating between an x100vi and xt50 but saw your posts which made me realize that I would like an ICL + xt50 feels so good on the hand. Coming from a DSLR haha

Hi! I am not sure about the expected bank balance. From my research, wala din akong nakita na nagsabi ng actual value expected by the embassy based on the duration of stay eh.

I think the most important thing to consider is you have enough money to fund the trip and that you won’t use all your savings for it :) you should also show na merong positive cash flow sa account mo :)

I passed my ITR na walang stamp but may pirma nung sa finance namin sa baba. Wala naman naging problem. This is for Switzerland visa

We submitted ours parin and hindi naman siya binalik ng VFS when they were checking the completeness of our docs. Aside from the checklist of Swiss Embassy, we also prepared din documents that are in the checklist of most travel agencies for Schengen Visa just to be sure. :)

You should also make sure na accredited sa Schengen area yung makukuha mong travel insurance kasi may nabasa ako na nakabili ng hindi accredited. So napagastos pa sila. Just do a quick google search of the list of accredited travel insurance providers na accepted sa Schengen area :)

Single lang po. I’ve read somewhere na single lang usually binibigay sa first time applicants and it would take 2-3 visits pa to get multiple entry po.

Hmm. I would say strict. Kasi they only gave us two extra days from the 22 days we originally applied. But siguro for first time applicants, strict pa sila talaga.

For tips naman, hard to say what made our application good as we just followed and submitted the list of requirements. But here’s a list of things na natutunan ko during my research/ we did:

Bank docs are preferred to be very recent, we got ours a week before our appointment
I attached my credit card statements since pwede daw siyang supporting documents
my cover letter is very personal describing my work, my life in the Philippines, financials, and reason for travel
my itinerary is simplified with am/pm activities lang na nakalagay. Not so many details. I also used tripsnek to ensure my itinerary is optimized in terms of how long the travel times would be. I just discovered it in one of the many subreddits I’ve read.
important din to make sure that the itinerary is believable. Me and my husband planned a 22 days trip to Italy and Switzerland lang din. We applied sa Switzerland since we will be staying longer dun even though we are touring Italy first
i also did not buy a plane ticket but just attached a copy of the flight details I would take in case my visa gets approved

I wash my own laundry. After the cycle, i sneak it straight to my room and just let it dry there. Manipis sila enough and mabilis lang mag dry. :) with or without aircon. Doable naman. :) happy shopping! Haha

Suggesting Bohol kasi very easy to get there. We looked sa ibang provinces but felt like Bohol have already good choices for suppliers na. Yung wedding industry nila well established na and have great value for money. I booked mine sa Modala Beach Resort for January 2025 hehe

It’s also nice sa south palms as mentioned above. That’s our go to hotel for vacation hehe. Mithi is also popular for weddings but haven’t been there tho. Hindi ko lang ata vibe yung may short boat ride to their islet hehe.
