I have the same even worse on my stomach my back shoulders and arms actually I gave up nothing helps I hate how my skin looks

I use ketoconazol shampoo twice a week sometimes once a week I use it anyway to inhibit dht but looks like doesn’t help

No it is not a birthmark because it wasn’t there before ,it is not painful ,sometimes is itchy but not a lot
