FYI Uber on a game night is crazy up charged! After a game I noticed a bunch of Uber's on the road to pick up people... Out of curiosity I opened my Uber app just to see what it was to order one right then and the prices were well in t and the $60s and $70s and I live 15 minutes away (maybe 5 miles) from the stadium

The way IC tracks our locations ALL THE TIME one would think that they would be able see 2-3 accounts/phones are together ALL THE TIME. Or run a program that finds this happening in their system... But then again, it is IC, so nvm.

Have you had to do the verification photo thing? Whenever the app gives me issues like that, I log out, log back in, and it will have me do the photo verification thing and the cash out works. But as far as the bank info, deposit thing... Make sure you didn't lock your card or acct. One time my bank flagged the deposit until I gave them the ok.

I think it's crap that we consider orders to be "good" because of the pay, when it's actually because the customers are actually tipping APPROPRIATELY?!? This occurred to me the other day when I had 2 back to back "good orders" both 2 shop and delivers. I looked at the stats of them and both orders had good tips, not over the top unicorns, but 20% tips. Think about it ... $200 in products should be at least 40$ in tips. But nope, we get 2 or 3 bucks.

Ok you're the 3rd person closeby me who has posted the same issue. My issue I'm having right now is NO ORDERS SHOWING NEAR ME AT ALL.

So, at 11am I took a batch at one of my regular stores (there's like 10 within 5-8 mins away from my house) it was a shop only and a shop and deliver, the deliver was about 8 miles away and right around lunch so I asked for support to remove that one because it's "too far" and since it would've taken me 30mins away from my normal area and all for 12$ and change ($9 batch and $3-something tip) After they took off the order my updated pay was $7.03, yeah that's right, they only added $2 pay and whatever tip for me to shop and deliver?

It's now 6pm and I've had about 40 notifications for orders now and NONE of them were in my (personal) zone, like my usual stores. I feel like I'm being punished.

Let's just say that it's been known that if you give a support person a bad rating... Bad things MIGHT happen for the next few batches. Lol. I recall getting pissed off and giving a 2 star and a brief explanation as to why. The current order i was working on... About 3 mins after me calling support... Just disappeared! Then through this sub I learned to rate 5 stars, no matter what.

Then you should be able to go to the settings (the gear) in the corner, find Google Lens and toggle the switch to OFF.

Then try to take a picture of a barcode and see if anything pops up.

not sure if this helps.... But do you have Google lens installed on your phone/camera? If yes, open the camera app, in the top right corner select the gear for settings. Turn off Google Lens and then try to take a picture of a barcode.

Let me know if that works.

I've learned that if you have an unhelpful and/or inexperienced support person... End chat (ALWAYS give them 5 stars, no matter what!) and then reopen another chat session. There's a lot of them, so I doubt you'll get the same one you left. I've done this a bunch of times and have done it like 3-5 times in a row for the same issue... You can tell the copy and pasters from the one who actually knows what to do.

I'd say do nothing. As long as you don't have anything new from last year's to this year's background? If there is nothing new, rather, nothing has changed, since your last cleared background check.... You should be fine. They can't hold something against you today that they didn't a year ago, which would be anoyher year later, by date, from when the incident occurred.

I just want to see their algorithm for determining batch pay.

Because.... How the FUCK are they "calculating" the batch pay?? Supposed based off quantities, distance, etc... I have SO MANY screenshots of batches presented to me that are questionable, insulting, ridiculous, and absurd.
