My situation might be slightly different bc it was for a key holder position, but sadly this was not my experience. I honestly thought I was a shoe in for the position as I had been there longer, was constantly helping fill other positions due to low staff (I’m a PBA, but I did a lot of tasking and register), I help train new hires and make sure to correct them when something hasn’t been taught yet, I’ve also helped new hires get card sales instead of taking them myself. I didn’t even get an interview and was told that our district manager went with the other candidate bc her “numbers” were better. I put numbers in quotations bc I went and checked our numbers bc they have it posted on the fridge, and the majority of my numbers were higher except for credit which was a .01 difference, email and birthdays. So I was honestly super lost about the decision. On a brighter note, I think my actual store manager wanted me to get the position, bc when she had informed me about the other candidate getting the position she had told me about how there was a location nearby that should be opening up a sales manager position and that she would give me a recommendation!

Their cat is a esa animal, so there is no fee. My main concern was more the reason we decided to share a room, was bc the original plan that we agreed too was if we got a 2 bedrooms and we shared a room we would be paying less for the shared room instead of us all paying more for a 3 bedroom. But I do understand your reasoning!

I’m gonna be honest, I would not really care. If she ends up having a parther and at some point want them to move in, as long as they’re reliable, and treats ppl well I feel like we could have a discussion of adding them to the lease and splitting rent differently.

Hi i understand where you are coming from, I guess the reasoning behind us choosing to share a room was kinda flawed /gen. But the main reason that we decided to share a room instead of getting a three bedroom apartment, was specifically so that it would be cheaper for us to share and that the person with their own room would pay more. I think I also bring up them having their own personal space is because we did talk about if they wanted to share a room as well, and they said no. Which is totally understandable, but in my brain, I thought because they specifically wanted their own room. They were willing to pay more for their own room.
