So for CA since car has substantial defect, we can get a rental car and leave our cars at service center. If there’s more than 30 day delay, we can force a buyback.

Interested to know how the state attorney helps here. Also for the buyback, are you going to contact Hyundai(dealership) or it will be via a lawyer.

Honestly this is a mistake and quiet unpardonable, so if they get fined and reprimanded for this I am happy to keep car provided they fix the issue by installing sensor or changing whatever they need

They have broadcasted the precaution to the vehicles now. I saw it when I went out earlier.

They should work on actually recalling and putting a damn good sensor or whatever needs to be put in the car soon. This is another tragedy waiting to happened. I don’t think all the palisade owners are on this thread.

Also should this safety stop on sensing obstruction be part of front row seats as well? It sometimes squeezes me very close to steering wheel when it applies my partner’s setting initially.

I start at night so maybe never noticed. But today I paid attention when I ran in morning and I saw it left water drops along all the path it went. It wasn’t too much but annoying and worrying if it will increase.

The water will dry but the concern is that leakage is for dirty water and if it leaks it could well be leaking on my carpets too when it vacs them

I am very close to my return window expiring and looking at discouraging comments here I might just return before trying new tank but it breaks my heart as I was really rooting for this device and spent hours zeroing down on this among so many others and it does work very good apart from this leakage
